Followed by Relaxation - rest, sleep, meditation, music and anything else that relaxes you
At the base we have Nutrition and Water
Remove one of these factors and the skin will be bad even if the
other factors are in place. Why? Because each plays a vital role in
the maintenance of the skin. And skin is our shield against the harsh world -
weather, pollution, heating and so on. It takes a lot upon itself. And it demands a lot!
So, why don't we make a promise to our skin - that we'll be a bit kinder, a
bit gentler to it than we have been.
When was the last time you treated your skin to a good long massage? And

friend. It is essential for the skin. Jogging or massage?
While sports tone the muscles it is massage that tones the skin. The oils add
